I founded Martinik Law Firm in Prague in 2021 after working in a KPMG law firm with brief break for an in-house position. I am a Czech advokát — attorney-at-law — and I am also admitted to the State Bar of California, with legal training and experience across both systems.
I teach financial law at Charles University, have been advising the Czech Parliament members namely on digital-economy regulation, and my law firm has represented clients before administrative bodies, and in courts and international arbitrations.
Martinik Law Firm is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic.
But for most clients, what matters is simpler: you need someone who speaks your language – literally and legally – understands the Czech system, and treats your problem like it is worth solving.
