Our law firm is expanding and we are seeking lawyers who wish to practice in an environment where judicial practice converges with academic and legislative dimensions.
We are not a generalist corporate law firm. We specialize in financial, commercial (including dispute resolution), and criminal law, and we build our team around these three pillars. The scope of our cases ranges from licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank, to cross-border arbitrations, to criminal defense involving international elements.

Trial Assignment
We will prepare a brief model task for you from the practice area you would be joining. This is not a trap; our objective is to provide you with an idea of the type of work involved, and to allow us to understand your approach and analytical thinking.

If we reach an agreement, we will formalize the offer and agree upon a commencement date.

We will meet in person or online to discuss our mutual expectations, the nature of the work, and your professional experience to date.

Internship for Law Faculty Students
We regularly hire students from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and other faculties for paid internships. The aim is to offer insight into the work of a law firm at a level that is meaningful for both parties, namely real participation in the preparation of legal documents, rather than mechanical administration.
