Pavel Martiník
Managing partner, attorney-at-law
Specialization: financial, commercial and criminal law
In his legal and academic practice Pavel cooperates with the Chairman of the Subcommittee on ICT, Telecommunications and Digital Economy of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic as his advisor and parliamentary assistant. He also serves as an assistant professor and secretary at the Department of Financial Law and Financial Science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
In his legal career to date, Pavel has been an important member of many projects involving cooperation with multinational and domestic financial institutions, including banking and investment groups and insurance companies. His work in the field of financial law is documented in a number of professional publications focused on financial markets and taxation.
Pavel has established a strong position in the Czech legal market in financial, commercial and criminal law as well as in dispute resolution. His ability to efficiently solve complex legal problems in multiple disciplines makes him a recognized expert.
Jana Říhová

Experience: law practice, part of the management of the legal department of Twisto payments a.s. and Campiri s.r.o., asylum and migration policy at the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic
Graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc and the University of Wolverhampton. During her studies Jana completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in The Hague and the UN Information Centre in Prague.
Pavlína Krausová
Associate
Specialization: corporate law, financial law and dispute resolution
Working languages: Czech, English and French
Practice: law firms with international focus in corporate finance, regulatory and proceedings before the Czech National Bank
Pavlínas is a PhD student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she focuses on international economic law and teaches courses on international law and out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. Pavlína also has experience in public institutions, in particular in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
She holds a Master's degree in Law from Charles University and an MBA-Master 2 from the University of Economics and the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. During her studies, she completed a one-year study stay in the USA and a semester at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne focusing on international arbitration.
Jakub Rys
Student
Jakub is a final year student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. During his studies he gained work experience, participated in several legal competitions in European and international law and completed a study stay in Grenoble.
